The litigation practice focuses on the defense of professional liability claims, employment claims, director and officer liability claims, and general business and commercial claims.  The insurance coverage and bad faith practices is focused on all aspects of insurance coverage including professional liability, general liability, property, director and officer liability, public entity liability, asbestos, environmental, mass toxic tort, and construction defect claims. We provide cost-effective and innovative solutions to problems and issues of our insurance company clients.



JUDGMENT: $15 Million – CRHH obtains judgment of approximately $15 million in SFSC jury trial. The judgment was upheld on appeal in April 2021.
